Wife and son ordered a mini pizza, breadsticks, wings and a drink. No refills on the soda, told after and the counter person refused to give a small cup of water to my son. Was going to order something as I showed up late. Anyone that heartless to a customer to turn down a basic cup of water dosnt deserve anymore business.

Sorry for the long review but at this point, I’m looking to any platform to express my lividity and rage. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I wholeheartedly would. Never in my many experiences of ordering pizza have I seen such atrocious and negligent service. I decided to order pizza for my son’s birthday like any loving father would. However, my son, his friends, and I have been severely disappointed by the “service” that was offered. After waiting for two long hours, most of his friends were ready to leave and they were leaving hungry. It was an embarrassment for me and my kid as the pizza place repeatedly put us on hold and even hung up on our call. The cashier was lethargic and careless, not paying attention to any details or even getting our order right. Soon, they simply forgot. My son, who is turning 5, displayed more maturity and responsibility than the workers at this franchise did today. After he said goodbye to his disappointed friends, I, as a father had to look at him in his tearful eyes as he sobbed, “Daddy, all I wanted was pizza…” For all those that look to order, you should rather starve than eat at this disgusting pizzeria. ALL I WANTED AS A FATHER WAS TO SHOW LOVE TO MY SON AND HIS YOUNG FRIENDS BY OFFERING A SIMPLE MEAL AND THE WORKERS TODAY ROBBED ME OF THAT OPPORTUNITY. HOW can I possibly explain to my 5 year old son that sometimes bad things happen to good people who do no fault of their own?

The guy closed me off even though it was 5 mins before closing. Extremely rude person. He would not take my order despite me showing him it was still considered open. A manager needs to come onsite to this Pizza Hut and train this person ASAP. I won’t stop spreading the word until this is done

Ordered pizza combos, cheese sticks, apple pies, and wings and waited over an hour to get food. Me and my friends were the only ones there when we ordered and an entire group showed up right after we ordered. Instead of doing our orders first,or simply a few at once, the worker took over 10 orders at once and proceeded to do them before ours. One of my friends had to wait 10 minutes to pay because the worker just walked away from the register. The worker also took orders, started food, took money for orders while making food, and didnt give anybody food for over half an hour. When food finally started being passed out, we didnt get all of our food until over an hour after we ordered, and even then, the worker gave my apple pies to someone else in the confusion. At the end, the worker gave me an extra batch of cheese sticks, but only after giving everyone else who ordered cheese sticks theirs, and then bringing out one last batch, asking if anybody ordered them, looked at us, looked away and said last call, and finally gave them to us. And even after all of that, the worker burned my friend’s pepperoni pizza and said she didnt have anymore to re-make so she refunded him. I regret leaving a tip. I thought at first she was being overloaded but after all of that, I beleive it was her fault.

We tried ordering a pizza and received really poor service, especially from a male worker. He gave us unnecessary attitude and even appeared a bit racist towards us (we’re hispanics). We didn’t even bother finishing our order so I’m not basing my rating upon the food, but the service was terrible at the time that we went.

This Pizza Hut is inside the Park Inn Hotel by Radisson. They have a nice Little area where there there are tables and chairs so you can sit and wait for your order and eat your pizza. There is a limited menu here, their personal pan pizzas, small orders of breadsticks, cheesesticks, mariana sauce, toppings for your pizza, and they SHOULD of had wings, french fries and other fried food BUT THEIR FOOD FRIER was BROKE . When I was walking towards the counter to order my breadsticks the girl working had just put a sign on the counter that said “WILL RETURN IN 5 MINUTES”, so I waited and waited and waited and after 40 minutes the girl finally returned!! This is one of the reasons for my 2 Star review. There should of been 2 people working (it was a Sunday Afternoon and the hotel was hosting a Dog show, so it was sold out status and busy at every area of this hotel) so 1 person working and leaving the counter for 40 minutes was unacceptable!! When the girl did arrive back, she was a nice girl and my husband joked with her about why she had been gone for so long, she said it was because she had gotten caught up in looking at all the dogs everywhere. Thank Goodness I saw her wash her hands and wear gloves as she handled my food, or I would of knocked off another star but she was friendly and the place was clean as was she. She actually gave me a free order of breadsticks because of her being gone so long. The breadsticks were your typical Pizza Hut breadsticks so they were good and came with the side of sauce. Because this location is inside the hotel there is no delivery, not even to the hotel rooms which is a horrible policy I think. I saw lots of other pizza companys delivering to the hotel because this pizza hut is limited on a LOT of things. It closes at 11pm and the pool here is open 24 hours which could give this location a lot of business if they stayed ooened later. Whoever owns/operates this particular Pizza Hut is actually loosing a lot of money by the way they are staffing their store, having faulty equipment to limit half their menu, offering no delivery within this hotel itself (and its a HUGE place with lots of rooms) and closing so early. The owners should re-think all these things, but if you are looking for a cheap $5 mini pizza and you happen to catch the employees there, the food is OK. Its your typical Pizza Hut pizza.
