I don’t know what happened to the Pizza at little Caesars but the New crust on hot and ready is paper thin there is no sauce and if it wasn’t for the cheese… You might be better off eating the cardboard box.. please go back to the old hot n ready pizzas

I wish we had read the reviews for this location before we picked up the worst to go pizza we’ve ever experienced. We were exhausted from a long day and just wanted something easy. When we got home with our meat treat pizza we were shocked to discover how awful it was. Barely warm at all. The crust was so hard I thought I might hurt my teeth. There was literally nothing good about this pizza. We were too worn out to drive over to have them make it right. From these reviews I feel like that’s a good thing. We will drive to other Little Caesars locations in the future. Something really needs to be done to make this place serve their customers better. We’ve decided we’re done with Little Caesars actually. How difficult can it be to make good pizza? Shame.

Went to get an order of cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza. Told it would be 12 minutes for a pepperoni, so we opted for a cheese.. long story short, waited 20 minutes before getting a refund instead… made our own pizzas at home (seen in picture ) with ingredients from the Lee’s market place, from next door, instead. If you value even just decent customer service, don’t go here.

Let me start by saying, we get pizza a lot at my house and little Caesars is our favorite. There is a big difference between locations and this one is the worst. If you can help it, drive a little further into bountiful before you risk your order on this place. We gave them 3 chances and each time they failed. Either our order came back wrong, took too long or in general, just never tasted as good as other locations. They never took the time to acknowledge that they messed up and we had to insist on the resolution even when they knew they screwed up our order. This place is a waste of time and money.

Not a great experience here. I placed a large order about $100 & they messed it up. First they said the order was ready so I get here to pick up and it’s not ready. Finally as I’m waiting they say it’s ready which is also not true because they made one pizza wrong which was only a thin crust cheese. They added pepperoni and wanted me to take that. Sorry, this pizza is for a vegetarian so now I’m waiting for them to remake another pizza. Next time I’ll take my large work order elsewhere. Not happy with the service here. I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly which is why I gave 2 stars.
