I waited an oddly long time (15-20 min) for two chicken sliders an over-heard the staff yelling about how they don’t have anymore slider buns. Unexpectedly one of my sliders was sloppily put in a mushy bun. The only reason I gave it a higher service rating was because they gave my friends their food quickly and without any issues.

They have a sign right out front 2 for 7 roast beef and cheddar. They charged me full price and when I asked the guy at the window why, he got very angry and shut the window. No more Arby’s for me

The lady at the counter was great and very helpful. However, the guy making my sandwich was not. I had asked for no onion and lettuce. So when I pointed this out to the guy it seemed like he was upset that I told him and then remade the sandwich and still made it wrong. I wanted no onion and lettuce and didn’t say I didn’t want tomatoes so there were no tomatoes at this point I just took the sandwich and left. But again the lady upfront was amazing she put the order in correctly it just was not made right. Also, there was a hair in my sandwich and I called customer service and still no one has called me back very dissatisfied never going to that Arby’s again and I suggest you should not either

Rudely greeted, allowed to order while being told the dining area was closed and was carryout only. Ordered, paid and got the food asked why the dining area was closed at 5:30 pm on a weekday and was told ” we’re having a sewer malfunction and don’t want feces everywhere.” Asked why they let us in and order and she shrugged and walked away. There was another customer in the dining room this entire time.

Average Arby’s. The food was OK. They need to learn how to stack the meat better on the sandwich. Half the bun had no meat, the other half of the bun did and the other half of the meat hung off the side of the sandwich. Their mozzarella sticks are very good. I enjoy them with Horsey Sauce rather than the marinara sauce. The loaded fries are to die for. The combination of a little sweet with a little spicy with the curly fries are yummy.

Last time I was there my food was horrible!! I ordered a large fry they were definitely old plus they were more like a medium. I got 2 beef and cheddar one had the right amount of cheddar one had barely any cheddar on it. Not consistent at all through the drive through. I sat in the drive for a good 10 min with only 1 car in front of me. The people who work there are nice and friendly they just need to make more consistent fresh food.

I usually order two Jr. Roastbeef sandwiches. One for me and one for my daughter. But today, I was told that sandwich is no longer available. I asked what they have for kids. Sliders were suggested. Who ever designed the slider packaging, needs to redesign it so it has a cover. Or other food shouldn’t be put on top of it! Then the cheese or stuff melted in the bottom. The food tasted very good, very fresh curly fries! And the service was outstanding!
