Fast, friendly service. Everything we tried was tasty. Their “hot” spice level is no joke. We were sweating! A bit pricy but you get what you pay for. Lots of veggie options (apparently vegan options as well which we didn’t even notice)!

Had a fabulous graduation party with family & friends here tonight! Over-the-top food, service & atmosphere. The staff was friendly, Johnny-on-the-spot & ever present for anything our hearts desired. I always love their food but never attended a party here. So glad we did. They allowed us to lavishly decorate and set up 3 ft by 2 ft picture boards of the graduates life. It looked so festive. They gave us plenty of side tables for gifts and other party accoutrement! Our Grad was beaming ear-to-ear! Even out of town friends & family were impressed & made to feel at home. Plenty of leftovers that we were able to box up and take home for another meal… This photo of the sign on the wall in the dining room over our heads was apropos & set the tone of the staff. Thank you Ambrosia Indian Bistro – Scotts Valley!

Please believe all the negative reviews in the past. They all turned out to be true when we visited and tasted the food Worst food that I had in any indian restaurant . We had ordered mixed vegetable platter as starter presentation of food was 1/2 star. Food was worst. Samosa paneer pakoda only onion pakoda was too oily. When told waiter about it they just were talking among themselves.

Came here on a Wednesday night for my mother’s birthday dinner. Definitely pricey ($140 bill for 3), and ask to speak to a manager if you have any food restrictions, but good food. Loved the lamb trio and the okra fish.

Had a large birthday party for my better half, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Allowing us to show up early, a couple hours before our reservation time, in order to set up some decorations and even stored our birthday cake and served it to the table after we finished eating our dinner. The food was fantastic as always and we all had a spectacular time. 5 star food, staff and atmosphere! Truly a gem in Scott’s Valley you don’t want to pass on.
