i didn’t get the name of the man i spoke with, but the order i received was wrong. he told me to call later for a credit. i asked, why would i need to call later (having been on hold for 10 minutes) and he scuffed and said he could credit me for the order. i said you can re-deliver the correct or or issue me a refund. he was short and rude. i get it, it’s a chain. i worked a chain for 5 years too long but you should have the decency to approach customer complaints with a measure of care. here’s to hoping i actually get me refund. based on the recording i listened to for the extended period of time, the owner of this location is a local resident. so if you take mind to reviews, please remind your managers of proper procedure for handling customer complaints.

Standard Papa Johns product and service. Delivery drivers have been more consistent than other local services. The single time a delivery driver errored, management more than made up for it. I’d like to reduce a star for how much I pay to have a large Papa Johns pizza delivered, but I won’t in this economy.

This Papa Johns that serves Ashburn is awful. The scammers taking your order will say 30 min but plan for cold pizza delivered after 1.5 hours. And if you call to cancel, when you finally get through they hang up on you repeatedly. Papa John’s is the Worst managed pizza place!

After getting through and explaining that it was already over an hour and 15 mins and explaining I have hungry kids the guy on the phone said he didn’t know where I was coming from and hung up on me. Completely uncalled for and a lost customer in Ashburn. Waste of time business. Will not order anymore
