Ordered a plain croissant with the rest of my order. It was missing when I picked up everything at the other end of the counter. I mentioned it was missing and one of the girls walked over to grab a croissant for me, which took some time and I overheard the manager yelling we’re using those, I’m not wasting them. Obviously it was in regard to the croissants that they gave me. It was undercooked, flat and sliced in half. I guess that’s what I get for not checking my order before I leave. I called and spoke with the manager who said that she could not credit my account and that she would be willing to replace it. I told her I was not driving in a half hour round trip for $1.79 croissant and wanted it credited to my account. Which she said they would replace next time I come in. I Replied I’m from out of town and will not be coming to this establishment again and she said there’s nothing she can do, unless I wanna come in for a replacement. Poor management to even think that somebody would want to eat a raw, squished and sliced croissant .

This was a horrible experience. They tried to charge our little sister for water even though it should be free. They kept laughing at us and told us to stop messing around when all we did was leave go somewhere else and come back because we needed water which we didn’t get because they tried to charge us. I will never support this Dunkin or ever come back. such a disgrace to westmont which should be a welcoming environment for kids.

I had an early morning meeting before I could eat any breakfast. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and a coffee cake muffin. I enjoyed the delicious match latte. The muffin was ginormous and very yummy.

We came to Dunkin today and the workers were laughing at us and giving us dirty looks,tried to charge my 9 year old sister For a water! I will never come back in the photo I put you can see him laughing at my little sister

Don’t expect much customer service. I’ve stopped at this location twice in 6 months, both times I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes while employees stood chatting at the drivethru window. When I was waited on, the girl acted like I was intruding on her time. That and your prices will lead me elsewhere.

Coffee is good but for the last 3 times we have gone here our food has been burnt. I’m not sure if the employees were taking out their stress on us for having a larger order or what the deal is but I still expect to receive food that is at least consumable. The egg and cheese wraps that we received from them were burnt to a crisp and totally inedible.

The staff here were nice but the management needs a lot of work. We received incorrect items in our order, and the rest of the food was cold. No one in the store communicated with each other or with us and didn’t include slips on the orders coming out. We had to search through the orders on the counter to find ours. There’s a reason the parking lot was empty at 9am on a Saturday!
