Food was great and the place was clean. The gentleman running the place refused to give me my full kids meal. Menu says kids meal comes with entree, drink AND snack. He refused to give me the snack part of the meal because my son had already been given a drink and insisted it was a snack or beverage rather than snack AND beverage as the menu stated. Paid almost $7 for a grilled cheese and a soda and left with an upset kid.

I keep getting mobile alerts with advertising and promo’s but the last 3 times I went to this location, they were closed. It was in the middle of the day during opening hours yet there was no one inside on all 3 occasions and no sign saying why they were closed.

Zoup has decent food but they’re kinda skimpy on the toppings for certain things. I love their lobster bisque soup and their Sonoma salad but whenever I get their salad, I add chicken and they don’t really give you much and the slices are really thin which is disappointing because with the price you pay for their food you would think you would get more because it’s pretty pricey. Overall food is pretty good though.

My wife and I went to Zoup! yesterday (September 16, 2022) about 4:30 pm. We got there right before an afternoon rush. There were only two girls working there. Both were very pleasant and helpful, especially when they found out it was our first time encountering Zoup! My wife ordered the Lobster bisque while I ordered the toasted cheese dippers and tomato soup. The food was excellent. The Lobster Bisque was as good as, if not better than, any other lobster bisque I’ve had at any restaurant. The tomato soup and toasted cheese were like a gourmet version of my favorite childhood foods. Halfway through our meal, we decided we were going to get a to-go order.
