Big parking lot, easy access, variety of food, the pho dac biet broth was dark, somewhat sweet saigon-style, the meats were fairly tender, the vegetables and herbs were fresh, the egg rolls was very good. Service was very friendly and fast (got our food within 5-10 minutes). Vietnamese family served and cooked.
