Its not a usual location of Chick-Fil-A, located inside Plymouth meeting shopping mall. I had a hard time to locate the store. Finally I asked a mall staff and he helped me get there. Service quality was average. Ordering was ok but had to wait for food longer than usual. And when time came I had to remind them about my drinks! Inside shop sitting was not great at it wasn’t very clean. Trash area was overflowing! I don’t know if this was normal here!

Compared with other Chick-fil-A this was the lowest quality experience. Incorrect order, dirty tables we had to clean ourselves after getting wipes from the employees, bathroom filthy with lose paper towels and toilet paper, bun of sandwich was ripped in half, and lacking oversite overall.

Too small a place, all those workers & I had to wait 5-10 minutes just to place my order. I really think those “mobile orders” get in the way of real-time, people standing in line orders & that they should be separate. You have a section for mobile orders & workers for just that.

Worst Chick fill A ever!! They have bunch of teenagers working there and they don’t have a clue of what are they doing! Nobody taking orders and they are sold out of many item. Anaha the cashier who was working today was so rude. She is cashier also prepares food for people. The place is packed and they are very slow but there are like 15 people working at a time.

The food was good as usual but something seriously needs to be done about carryout orders. There was four people in front of me in line but while waiting for my food I watched over 20 received their food before mine because they ordered on an app. I waited over 30 minutes to receive my food. Also the portion size of the food has gotten smaller. The chicken strips lost about 2 in on their length from when I first started going to chick-fil-a. If I’m going to be charged over $10 for four chicken strips fries and a soda they should at least be a decent size. The size of the chicken strips are pretty much the same size of a McDonald’s chicken nugget. The staff was very friendly and none of my issues today came from them. They were working very hard.
