If I could give negative stars for each category I would. The chili dogs were awful, fries were soggy and cold. The service was beyond terrible. It was like they were high. Moving super slow and taking a long time to register that you said something. As for atmosphere… It’s in an airport. It sucks also. If you want to experience The Varsity, go to the original location. Owners of this business: if you can’t staff your fast food joint with people that will stay sober for the entire work day, you should just close this location down.

It only takes divine powers to serve such a horrible food! No way humans can do such a terrible job preparing food! Unbelievably awful burger. There is a layer of “who knows what” spread on the bun, they call that chili! Thin, burnt patty. I highly doubt the fries were made of potatoes. To the airport authority: please remove this place; if not a food safety hazard, they are definitely a mental health hazard!

The food doesn’t look good at all and the taste could definitely be better. French fries were wrinkeld. The burger was quite greasy and the cheese looked old. The burger meat tasted good though and the staff was nice, thus the second star.

Horrible service stood for 20 min while the staff had no one at the register. The cashier that was talking orders literally made the staff make his lunch and just left sat down right in front of a line of 12 ppl and started eating his food. With no one at the register. The manager came and made food for a employee of the airport and didn’t even ring her up. Absolutely ridiculous

Horrible. Just horrible. I would give it a 0 if I could. Huge disappointment. Cold burger, unmelted cheese, didn’t add requested toppings, cold limp fries. Never going back. Big mistake. They should never have named this after the original Varsity.

Waited at front counter for 10 minutes, the woman working the front didn’t even acknowledge us. Saw her handling everyone’s food (and money and everything) without gloves. Gross. After long wait and no acknowledgment, we left.
