My husband and I went through the drive through and the person taking our order was rudely frustrated with us, so we told them we would go inside instead. Once inside my cousin accidentally order his chicken sandwich without a bun and asked if he could get a bun. They were rude to him and continue to talk smack about him in the back. Please get new employees and filter the sodas and refill your drinks!

Would give a 5 star apart from the fact that one of the managers, pablo, doesn’t honor McDonald’s receipt survey discount ( free medium fry/ drink with the purchase of a $3 burger ) when every other manager here does. Worst drive through experience. The hispanic lady taking orders was rude, condescending and yelled at us saying we had to pay extra for the happy meal when she incorrectly charged us for a regular nugget meal instead. We tried to explain but all she did was flail her arms and yell at us. We were verbally assaulted by her. Will NEVER visit that location again. You would think “customer service” would entail a bit more grace towards customers.

This McDonald’s is just like all the rest. They have items on the menu that they don’t actually sell in the store. Why have it on the menu with a price if you don’t sell it? They didn’t have enough pies made. We had to wait 20 minutes for three pies that they said were only gonna be 8 – 12 minutes. I’m am completely disgusted with McDonald’s. Every location is just like this not just here. We have the same problems no matter what location we go to. It’s always something. I will stay far away from every McDonald’s.

I would give less stars if possible. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Just spent 5 minutes in the drive thru and never even got acknowledged. I left and went to Sonic just down the street. Much better. Never going here again! I have had multiple problems here and tried to give them extra chances but it’s not worth it.
