We recently moved to Hillsboro and needed a new “signature” place to eat. We tried Huddle House along with a few other restaurants near by. The service we received here was AMAZING. The day shift girls work together constantly refilling drinks and the food is always outstanding! Almost a year has gone by and we LOVE visiting this establishment. Stephanie, Rachel, and Paige are the best ever!! These girls (along with the other staff) work their butts off. It’s hard to get good service (good food, quick service, the correct order…) these days, your store deserves a round of applause. Even tho the food has always been good, it was the service that kept leading us back.

Food wasn’t that good. Our waitress was awful. Had to sit at a dirty table and wait for them to wipe it which she didn’t do a good job and had to have her wipe it a second time, as the previous tables food was still stuck on it. She took our order brought us our drinks and never checked in on us. Dropped off our food and only came back to bring the bill. I got up and got my own ketchup and hot sauce from the waitress station. Our waitress was too worried about chatting with coworkers in the kitchen. Would not recommend this place or would I ever go back. Terrible experience.

Asked server for coffee refill and a to go box, server stated she would get it n then ignored our table for 10 minutes asked a second time n she acknowledged n then went n did something else finally after 3 times asking got a to go box n by that time wasnt wanting any more coffee. There was maybe 6 or 7 tables with people so not like it was overly crowded.

I walked into the restaurant very dirty and felt uncomfortable, but the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The waitress told me about the 5.99 meals. The burger and fries were good, and it even came with a drink. I’m not sure, but it felt like a family owned restaurant!!

RHYNO
This is the second and last time I will go to this establishment. Showed up at 6:00 a.m. for breakfast to a locked door. A waitress came to the door saying they’re not ready to open yet they’re going to need another 10 minutes or so. It was cold outside this morning and I was sent back to my vehicle rather than invited in for a hot cup of coffee. This is a poor practice that management needs to rectify expeditiously.
