Good Food, Prepared Fast!: I placed my order online and it was ready when I arrived about 7 minutes later! I really appreciated the timeliness. (I frequently order online from other restaurants and I often have to wait for my food anyway.) The staff was pleasant and polite. The restaurant was clean and neat. The chicken salad was good. It’s not close to where I live but I will be going back.

Was very impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. We had lots of questions and they were patient, kind, and informative! You’re allowed to sample the various options for chicken salad before you choose which is super nice cause they have so many good options. Husband got the Olivia’s Old South croissant with tomato and lettuce. I couldn’t choose so I got two of the chx salad – I got the Fancy Nancy on a croissant with lettuce and tomato and then a scoop of the Sassy Scotty with crackers! They were SOOO good. I liked that they have options for sweet, savory, spicy, and classic versions of chicken salad. If you’re a chicken salad lover they’ll definitely have something for you! You also get a pickle and small cookie with your meal!

I visited the Oakley location for the first time. The customer service was good, but the food was very underwhelming. They were out of pesto for the turkey pesto sandwich me and my friend ordered, which was not a problem at all. They gave us free meals for next time (very very nice) but to be honest I would not go back because the food was just bland and the “toasted” bread on the sandwiches was cold and smooth and felt like printer paper. Very happy with the customer service, it just isn’t somewhere I’d like to go again.

Every chicken salad chick I’ve been to has been consistent. Olivia’s old south is by far the best. Love jalapeno holly, and the onion one. Fancy Nancy is so close but its missing something I can’t think of. Definitely salt, but something else.

I’d never been before and the last taking my order appeared to be more confused about the menu than I was. I tried ordering a scoop and a side and she was like to do want that as a sandwich? I explained the menu said scoop or sandwich and side I wanted a scoop. She’s then asking what two flavors I want but I only wanted one.
