I went through drive thu and ordered 3 frappes and got parked. I ended up being parked for 15 minutes and then when I asked why it took so long I was told it was because they had to change out the Carmel sauce, but he said it with such rudeness and attitude he was lucky I was already leave for an appointment or I would have went inside and spoke to a manager right then and there!!! Not a great experience!!!

TERRIBLE! We arrived at drive thru at 9:25pm with one car ahead of us. Our order totaled 24.96. We received our order at 9:48pm. I checked the bag before we left the window, sadly, this is routine these days due to all the incorrect orders! Every thing in bags. Drive home, give my daughter her cheeseburger(I guess that’s what they call it??) and I am beyond belief. Even for McDonalds! The only thing I’m happy about is there’s a spot to upload photos because I can’t describe it with words and if I could nobody would believe that an employee would seriously wrap that thing up!! Very Upset to say the least! I dont write reviews but I’m getting so sick of the price things cost these days and the quality of the product you receive!! I’ll also add I called the number on the receipt and never heard back from them!

The food was fine and the service just like it would be at any McDonald’s but it was filthy inside nobody eating in there and all the tables where dirty the floor was gross and greasy dirty looking if I had to give an over all rating I would say it’s a two and that’s the one on second street yhe other McDonalds would be a 4.5 oit of five

I waited 30 minutes in line pulled over to the side. I finally got fed up and went inside. apparently someone else got my order and I was left sitting there. the manager was nice enough to refund my money and get me freshly made food. props to him

Pretty bad experience….. I know it’s McDonald’s. Driving late tonight so I figured I’d get an iced coffee in drive thru. I watched the young lady try to fill my glass…. Only filled about a third and the coffee ran out. About a minute later I see what I think is a manager walk up to the hot coffee pot…. But it was empty. A minute later she hands me a full glass. I asked her if it the coffee was going to be alright….she said yes….. by taste, they obviously filled the rest with water. Whatever…. It’s McDonald’s. Just tell me it’s out. Manager had a chance to show a young person the way to handle things and he failed miserably.
