So good! I’ve tried a few different flavors of Lazo’s empanadas and they’re delicious. The crust is delicate and perfectly flaky every time. They’ve got a few dessert empanadas, too, that are definitely worth trying.

I wasn’t impressed with the empanadas. The crust was nothing exciting, and the filling in the cheese & spinach was kind of watery and strange. I prefer Maria empanada at the Stanley marketplace or Rincon in Boulder.
