Ordered two chicken tacos. They were served quickly, the chicken was very tender, and they were delicious. They did forget to give me salsa even though I asked for it when I ordered, but I ran back in and used some that was on the table. My only suggestion would be to add another corn tortilla to the tacos so they’re doubled up.

Absolutely bomb and a gem. Real authentic and homemade Mexican food. Grew up in El Paso and this screams authentic and could hang with the best

Amazing first time experience! This spot recently opened, taking over a previous taqueria and surpassing any previous ownership with outstanding quality, freshness, and flavor. Their tacos are perfect, so delicious and with very, very generous portions. Staff is very friendly and quick to serve your order. Dining in and takeout are available, and hopefully they’ll have delivery soon. Everything was clearly made from scratch, down to their perfectly thin yet large corn tortillas. Definitely a place I’ll be soon returning to so I can try other items. Highly recommend!

What Diana P wrote a few months ago is very accurate. I’m from Southern California and this food is amazing. Not only that I think anyone who leaves without buying a dozen corn tortillas (handmade in front of you) should be arrested for neglect! They will change your life! We bought a couple dozen on Sunday afternoon and now we will purposely stop there to buy fresh tortillas on our way from Ashburn to Blacksburg. I will add a photo of the tortillas with our homemade tacos last night. Definite must!!!!!! Best of luck to the new owners, hard workers and genuine artists.

The tacos were good but it was such a tiny amount of meat in each taco. At $4 per taco I expected a little more. I also ordered the “chips & salsa” and it came with exactly 10 tortilla chips which was also disappointing. For 4 tacos de asada, chips & salsa and a large horchata I paid $28.

Amazing food and excellent service! Our waitress was patient with us with every question we asked about the menu, very friendly and the food came out so quickly. I definitely recommend the tamales and the tacos al pastor.

I wanted to go, but they don’t have a bathroom and that sign on the door is why my wife made me turn around and go do something else instead. She has a point: you’re a restaurant and can’t provide a bathroom to anyone but your employees? That’s a huge red flag.

Two adults visited this restaurant in late January 2023 during lunchtime. We were hungry after getting off of I-81 near Winchester, VA, and found this place via Google Maps (sorry Trip Advisor). It is part of a gas station and somewhat out-of-the-way, very small, but well worth the visit. Don’t let the outside deter you, as the inside was nice with maybe six or so tables and either take-out or eat-in service. They have a limited but authentic Mexican menu. We tried chicken and steak Sopes, and both were excellent, as was the cinnamon-spiced hot coffee, served in beautifully decorated mugs. (Note, a sope is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of a fried masa base (corn meal here) with savory toppings.) This is an authentic very local neighborhood restaurant that deserves to be tried.
