Wouldn’t return. VERY overpriced for not a lot of food. Dined in, didn’t give us napkins, a straw, ketchup — lacking common sense. For almost $30 for 2 burgers 1 drink and a cheese fry I’d expect a lot more. Just do yourself a favor and go to Culver’s. Thumbs down.

Clean place. Can’t speak too much to the friendliness of the staff as we ordered at the kiosk and only dealt with an employee when we were handed our food. Burger was good. Shake was great, but pretty expensive at nearly $6.00.

These burgers are not super greasy, which is a good thing. They taste delicious and are filling. The Shack Stack mushroom was AMAZING! The cheese inside flows out like liquid gold. What a wonderful lunch combo of this, fries, and a shake. This location opened in Brookfield within the last couple months. Totally worth a visit!!

We went for the triple chocolate brownie shake. The first few times we got it they were fine. The last time we went it was so salty it was inedible. We talked to customer service and got a coupon for a free shake went back and same thing it’s so salty and you can actually see the salt on the shake this time. Why in the world are you adding salt to shakes?!

I ordered a chicken sandwich here, and it was outstanding! Made to order, it was hot, juicy, crispy and delicious. Can order at the counter, at the kiosk or online. Lots of drinks, shakes, burgers and chicken sandwiches to choose from and modify to suit your taste. Wine and beer too if you like. Friendly staff. Easy ordering. Good fast food, made to order. Gluten free option for sandwiches.

Visited the new Shake Shack with open expectations. I enjoyed the decor and the place was clean and well laid out. I tried the “Hot ones” chicken sandwich, it was delicious but a bit small. Bacon and cheese fries were also delicious but a bit small. Shakes we ordered were both excellent, also on the small side. Final verdict is potions are on the small side and in my opinion slightly overpriced. I will be back as the food and service was good.

Had chicken bites. They were tasty and very crisp. Loved the bacon cheese fries. My friend had shack stack, and she said it was good. My shake was OK, not great, and for as much as they charge for their food, I find it odd that they charge extra for whipped cream. Food is good, but way overpriced for a fast food place.

First time here at shake shack. Overall a pretty good experience. Placed my order at a kiosk, got a text when my food was ready. I had to ask about my shakes when my food was ready because they were not on the tray. It took another 10 min to get the 2 shakes. I was a little underwhelmed by the shakes when they did come. But. The rest of the meal. We had the basic shack burger or whatever it’s called. I don’t remember the name but the burger was fantastic. If I come back it will be for that. Fries were pretty good. Hot ones chicken sandwich was also pretty good. Kid seemed to like his chicken bites. Finally the price. This place carries a price tag closer to a sit-down restaurant vs a fast food place. So be prepared to spend a bit more.
