It’s not crispy at all my chicken was soaked in fat and not crispy just mushy. Its sad how much quality has gone down in the past 4 years this used to be a good quality establishment. Now it’s not worth the money at all. Gas stations now serve better chicken.

Absolutely horrible experience. Rudest customer service in any restaurant ever. Kept interrupting as we were placing our order to give us the total, like it was inconvenient that we were ordering more than one item. Yelled at my husband when he specified mashed potatoes and kept saying that the meals all come with mashed potatoes. Then gave me fries with mine and was a complete *ss when I asked for the mashed potatoes instead (that he clearly and rudely said come with the meal). Slammed our tray on the counter and acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted sauce. I usually love KFC, but stay far, far away from this one. He’s up there yelling at someone else about wanting sauce and honey now.

first couple of times here was great. These last two times were very disappointing. The crispy strips aren’t crispy what-so-ever. i mean it’s original recipe or ordering extra crispy chickens,,,,,it should be crispy for the money it costs and have sub-par chickens is crazy..I’ve experienced this issue w many kfc branches

I set a pick up order at 1pm at the 866 Queen St Southington CT location today. When I arrived to pick up, the lady told me it has been completed. I told her I just arrived and I’m picking it up. She confirmed my name and said someone already picked it up. It was a lot of back and forth and I think I also was talking to the manager but I didnt get his name. He sounded so accusatory and said that it’s a $40 meal and that it has been completed for pick up. I said I know and I paid for that in advance but I just got here to pick up from work. He eventually prepared my order and gave it to me and asked if I had a relative that picked it up maybe, I said no, and why are you getting mad at me as his tone was not very nice and he kept repeating “It’s a $40 order.” I was very patient through all this.
