Honestly, I used to love Jack n the box, but the last few times I’ve been here the foods gone down hill, and the prices have gone up hill. I ordered my favorite burger, the ultimate cheese burger. It was less than average and smaller than it used to be. I also, ordered a fried chicken wrap that was a special. I think it cost $3. It was a small chicken soft taco with one very small chicken tender and not much of anything else. Overall, what I paid for was a rip off. It was more like a snack. I’ve been avoiding going here because like this experience, the last 3 or 4 times I’ve been here I’ve had a very unsatisfied experience. I wouldn’t recommend going here, because I feel there are allot of other places that offer better prices and deals.

My husband and I ate at The Union Mo. Location on July 1st 2023 around 12:30. The employees working were awesome they were very kind and actually seemed to enjoy their job. I think it was Thomas that waited on us and he noticed I needed a fork and brought one to me before I even knew I needed it.
