I’ve ordered cheesesticks from here several times and every time I get home and there is no marinara sauce despite asking for some to be put in the bag. I’m not sure why it is so hard to include marinara sauce when someone orders cheesesticks especially when they ask for it.

The staff at this white castle really cared for me and their coworkers. It was my first time ever. I let him order for me and it came out amazing. He was so considerate. I really miss Kentuckys hospitality.

Hygiene- The employees brushing back their hair, wiped their face, etc. Then, with dirty hands, grabs latex gloves with dirty hands, sweat and oil from their body on the surface of the gloves and prepares my food? Laughable! No hair nets. Dude had long hair down to his shoulders.

Amazing service- everyone there was friendly. Our food was perfect. My 10 year old son says it was “noice” (nice) and “goood” (good- I still don’t understand his slang sometimes). My only “complaint” (hahaha) is that one of the employees recommended the cheesecake on a stick and I must buy it again.

we stopped in the drive thru one night earlier this week and were politely told it would be a few mins which is no problem, after placing our order and going to the window a young man with kind of long hair ( i didnt get his name) apologized for the delay, I understand they were busy and I’m assuming short staffed like all of us so I understand after taking our money I saw him put on gloves to go help in the kitchen and after giving us our order he politely apologized again for the wait and I told him it was fine i understood being busy and short handed he smiled and said yes we have been busy. It was nice to see someone being polite and smiling through it. These employees really deserve recognition for what they do and have to deal with it during these chaotic times.
