I placed an order this week, short on time and figured I can eat it when I finally get a chance. Ordered chicken bites and medium pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. Received pepperoni with other meat, maybe beef or sausage. I’m honestly unsure, but definitely NOT mushroom.

I love Dominos, but unfortunately we have continuously had non stellar experiences with this location – they tend to be very light on toppings, and the crust is often missing the butter/seasoning. Tonight our order was one of many that was lost in the chaos of too many orders being handled at once. They were accommodating with a refund though…redeemed a star

Pulled up to drive through and saw two employees which had their backs to me so they had no idea I was there waiting. Looked like they were busy amongst themselves and one female employee pulled out a vape and passed it along to the other fella, huffing and puffing away. Can’t believe what I’m seeing! The fella finally sees me and comes over to help while the gal walks over to the food prep area to make someone’s else’s order. I see her with no gloves on, kneading someone else’s pizza dough let alone just after she just got done vaping and didn’t even bother to wash her hands. Disgusting! Unacceptable!

Ordered 2 pizzas, after 45 minutes was deivered 1 pizza and parm bites. Not even the right pizza. Called was told it would 40 minutes, took over an hour. One pizza was missing cheese on 2 pieces of the pizza! Not happy! Will never order from this store again!!

Twice now ordered from this place and they take my money and deliver my pizza to some apartment building. Staff was very rude kept hanging up on me. This place is a joke if you wanna feed some other people be sure to order from this location. Guaranteed to be delivered elsewhere.

Placed order online, printed electronic gift card with number and pin and bring to pay at store, the guy rejected to let me use that. He said I have to bring physical card, that is also to protect me. Because other people might copy my info and pay at store. I totally don’t understand his logic. Foolish.

Terrible! Placed an order at 6 pm for 3 pizzas. Called and hour later and was told our pizza hasn’t been started yet, called at 2-hours past the time our order was placed and a man answers the phone stating, we are closed for the night, at 8:15 pm! I said I ordered pizza 2 hours ago and we never received our order. He said they were at my house to deliver the order which was a bold lie and said they called when I had my phone on me the entire time. I was then told they were closed and I could have a refund. The man was very rude and unprofessional! We will never order from that dominos again!!!!

This particular Domino’s in Rochester is just awful service. The south and downtown locations are waaaaaaaaay better in terms of quality and help. Twice we waited over an hour and a half for a delivery less than two miles from the store. Just last night after over an hour we called about our order at 8pm and they told us they were closed. We asked about the status of our order (two pizzas) they told us they had yet to start them and it would be about three hours for delivery. We simply cancelled the order to avoid any more attitude. Dominos might be convenient but there are a great many other options in this city for pizza.

HORRIBLE. Waited over an hour past delivery time. Went to the place. Pizza wasn’t even made yet. Sat down. Waited another 30 minutes and got the pizza. Drove home. Pizza was inedible. Threw it in the trash. DO NOT GO HERE. Or risk your health. Your call. I hope the racoons don’t eat it. S**t pizza.
