First, let me say that my order was perfect, and the food was really good. The problem was with the service. The guy at the drive-through did not say anything. He didn’t say hello or thank you. It felt like we were bothering him. We were the only customers there, so it wasn’t busy. The worst part was that we had a large order, and instead of splitting the order to hand it through the window, he piled it really high and handed it all through the window and walked away. My husband had to try to hold all of it while he turned it sideways to get it through our car window. Just bad customer service.

If i could give negative stars, i would. First, my order was wrong, simple things. Second, was getting acknowledged so i can get my order correct. I’ve been to a variety of different taco bells in different states, and so far, this is the worst service ever.

When I dont feel like cooking. I head to the BELL. This one’s not always crowded. The service is great. The food made right. The dining area is always clean, and the condiments are filled up. Taco Bell is better than fast food burgers stuff, so it’s my go-to food. I can’t say anything bad about this location.

The side door slams with the sound that triggered my PTSD like a gun shot. The automated machine FORCED(Will not let you skip) me to pick a drink and my hot sauce only to get my food without a drink or hot sauce. Automated register won’t print an actual recipet and that’s extremely helpful when you drive away to realize they didn’t give me a Gordida Crunch I ordered. Not a good experience at this location.

90% of the time I go to Taco Bell on Pleasant Grove I am in and out in less than 5 min. But today I was asked to pull out front into a parking spot for two beefy five layer burritos (2 items). This younger woman worker told me the lobby orders were slowing them down. There were 2 cars in the parking lot, doesn’t seem like you are swamped with business. My lunch break is only 30min so getting my lunch quick and easy matters to me. The older workers there are great but today was just not how you run a shop.

This location is the worst when it comes to order accuracy! They put sour cream when we deselect it. I can’t eat it so the food went to waste. They forgot a $5 item. Check your order thoroughly or go to another location.
