We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the fried chicken. Got a 3 piece combo and the leg, thigh and breast were all juicy meat and crispy outside. However we didn’t get a biscuit so I can’t comment on that. Macaroni and cheese was decent. A bit salty. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return.

I would have rated it a lot better if they had a full menu. The only thing that was offered was chicken strips, green beans, only 1 us was allowed have mashed potatoes and gravy even though there was still a few more bowls left, and biscuits. What we did get to eat was good, but definitely should have had what was on the menu available. The trash can was over flowing, and they tables needed to be cleaned because they were all dirty.

Not enough chicken to fulfill an small order @ 2:30pm cdt. When asked if they were going to be making more an employee stated “we won’t be making anymore today”. Place only seems to make one batch of food a day and just let’s it sit under the warmers until it’s gone. No wonder others commented about how dry and old it tasted.

Low or none customer service. Every time you ask for something they’re out and don’t even give you the option to wait for it. Today I was on loves truck stop in I-40 mile marker 133 in Arkansas around 8:30 pm and I see the cooker throwing some trash to the dumpster and he returned to the seasoning station without changing his gloves.

Chicken was dried out. No wedges over 10 dollars for chicken that if it was any drier would have been considered jerky. Then add the problem of menu boards were not on.

Food was ok. Chicken was great but the wedges were dry af! And the biscuit was too sweet, didn’t work well at all but at least I got one cos the service was terrible.

We stopped here on our way to to Texas, grabbed the chicken tenders combo. The chicken was really juicy, the Mac n cheese was delicious. Overall want a quick bite your sure to find something there.

Don’t exactly know what happened to this Chesters. We stopped for lunch and ordered chicken strips, wedges, livers, corn and okra. Chicken was way overcooked, hard and dry… our dog didn’t even want to eat it. The small okra and the livers were both given to us in the small 4oz styrofoam container with the lid placed on it and the food items squished beyond recognition. The order of livers from what I could make out of the pile of squished goo was only 2 livers… maybe 3 at most. Potato wedges were small but good and the fried corn was ok. Won’t stop there again anytime soon.

waited in line for 15 minutes (yes I timed I was on break) didn’t have anything other than wings and thighs and when I asked for breasts tenders etc. the employee stated that his boss would not let him put anything else down until those were gone. congratulations on losing a customer won’t be returning to ANY chesters again. subway was 100x better. ya’ll need to learn how to run a business.

Incredibly rude service. One of the employees made a scene accusing me of snatching a receipt from his hand after being short with me from the moment I walked in. I was dumbfounded in disbelief that this would actually happen or someone at a gas station would make something out of nothing like that. You’re better off driving on.
