I took the whole family to this Popeyes for my son’s birthday meal. He wanted to taste the chicken sandwich that Daddy has always talked about! It’s the infamous chicken sandwich. Whether it be original or spicy they are awesome! 🙂 and they have different sauces for other meals like their fried shrimp. Those sauces are out of this world. 🙂 I need not explain how clean the place is from the time you walk in the door to the time you go out. It is a place you would want to take your family for some great Louisiana cooking!!

Went through drive thru a little after 12 pm. I don’t know who was taking orders but she was extremely rude to put it nicely. Not, sure why because I was the only one in the drive and there were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot. The spicy chicken sandwich I got was ok. The fries were over cooked and greasey. If it was not for the guy in drive thru this place would have gotten 1 star not 2.

The service was horrible. The store trash bins were filled and napkins on the floor, but the store was empty. The food was great, but I will go somewhere else if customer service doesn’t improve.

This place has had its time. The customer service is horrible and I waited for a single chicken sandwich with no line for 15 minutes, & the sandwich was sub-par. The employees are obviously under the influence of narcotics. This establishments service is way past unacceptable. Corporate was contacted & a complaint was filed.

Arrived to a empty parking lot and only one car in the drive thru, so I hoped it’d be a quick stop for a tasty spicy chicken sammy. Waited 14 min for the understandably frustrated woman in front of me to get her order taken. When it was my turn I pulled up to the non-functioning menu to be greeted with a terse “Be with you in a second.” 300 seconds later I’m told they’re out of filets. I get it that it’s a popular item, but with an empty store and few cars in the drive-thru it should not have taken 20 minutes to find that out. Should have taken a clue from the empty parking lot and wasted the same twenty minutes at the busy AF Whataburger down the street getting actual food. This location needs to pop a can of spinach and get their act together.

I actually love their food but am not happy about the service. The last few times I have been including today I don’t receive my total order. Today I literally had less than ten popcorn shrimp in the box the rest was crumbs. Not to mention I ordered and paid for large red beans and rice but still received the small cup. None of my combos had their biscuit either. I have tried repeatedly to call but their line is always busy.
