Our bartender Bradwick was amazing. I’m a vegetarian and he was able to come up with some off menu delights for food, as well as make some generous drinks for our party. If you come here, be sure to let Brad know that St. Anger was Metallica’s best album.

A very nice semi-upscale Japanese Fusion Sushi restaurant. Brad was our server and he provided top notch service throughout the evening. The food was very well prepared and I would say it was very good. I wish I had taken more photos but the food was so delicious I didn’t waste any time eating it.

One of my new favorite sushi spots in Dallas! We were so excited that we didn’t get any pictures! Also, they have the best chocolate cake/brownie I have ever tasted! Make sure you get that after your meal!

Miso is impossible to eat full of . Thai Brussels Salad is OK, lemonade is too sour. Service is so slow. Too crowded and noisy, no parking lot, simply horrible place to have any occasional meals or hang out.

If you are looking for an incredible experience, look no further than the Tasting Menu at Shinsei! We were a party of 4, with two of the people having various dietary restrictions. We were treated like royalty. Each person got a menu so as each course was presented, we knew exactly what to expect. The food was outstanding. No expense was spared with the wine pairings, which were amazing. All four courses were properly presented and attended to beautifully. Any leftovers were boxed and provided to whomever wished to have them. Service was attentive but unobtrusive. It was a fantastic experience!

Looking for Asian fusion? Shinsei does it great. The popcorn shrimp to braised waygu to cod is delicious. I would pass on the sushi. I prefer more traditional sushi. The service team is great. The old fashion here is spot on.
