The food was average, but as others have said the service is rude. Personally, I do not think I should have to tip on a $21 takeout for a burrito with chips. I skipped the tip and then the guy behind the counter said I have to stand to wait for my order instead of sitting. There is a reason why nobody is coming back to restaurants in downtown SF. Do better.

Great place I’ve been coming to for years, while I worked in the neighborhood. I’m in the area again occasionally and I stopped by this week…Fast service, friendly folks, still reasonable prices and delicious food! If you’re in the Embarcadero area. Go in and enjoy yourself! I had a shrimp enchilada & chile relleno combo plate. The tasty & picante salsa casera & topopos were brought to my table immediately!

Food is average — a 3. Service is a 0. I got an earful from the guy wearing a cross behind the counter because I ordered through DoorDash (and apparently paid more than what the listed prices are), but he said I couldn’t sit down in the eatery. If you’re going to punish customers who use DoorDash, then I’d suggest making it clear on your website and Google maps that you can’t order online and then eat inside.

Who ever gave this place 1-STAR SHOULD BE DROP KICKED IMMEDIATELY!! Who in their right mind would even consider giving ‘ORALE ORALE’ anything less than a perfect rating?
