I decided to get Firehouse since I was in the area. I ordered online as I always do. And my order was incorrect as it always is smh. This might have been the first time that I had walked into a firehouse location and wasn’t greeted, stared at by the employees but not worthy of a greeting. The sub was right, and surprisingly, it was on the rack on time this time around. Somehow, all the meat was shifted to the right on the bread, but that was no biggie. My issue came in because the employees obviously have an issue with reading comprehension. The tag says specifically what I wanted, yet neither of those last two items was in my bag. I needed to use the restroom, but it was out of order. Walking back to the front, I noticed that someone was about to make tea and left the sugar on the counter uncovered with the whisk still sitting in it. If the person got busy, they could’ve easily carried the container back. I hope these people get it together.

Easy ordering. Usually speedy. I get the tuna, which is delicious. Then I add bacon (trust me… add bacon). I love the “less bread” option also because it makes greedy math easy: less bread + bacon = psychological trickery and less guilt. ♀️ Why only 4 stars? Because this sandwich and the last four I’ve ordered did NOT have “less bread” despite my requesting it…. Soooo…. There’s that.

Thankful for the young man who greeted me and took my order and acknowledged me again after my order was done.The young lady who working with needs a AA= attitude adjustment! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The only reason they even have 1 star from me is because the subs were at least edible and the app won’t let me go lower… The 4 subs were placed sideways in a bag, so all of the juices went everywhere. The pic below shows how poorly they were cut. All 4 subs we bought had ALL of the meat in the center, so we had to redistribute it as we were eating. The pickles were literally thrown on top of the subs without being wrapped in plastic, so the juices ran all over the sandwich. I didn’t even want pickles, so idk why they even wasted their time to ruin all 4 of our sandwiches with them. The sandwiches were not labeled, which I have never experienced with Firehouse subs before. Idk what is wrong with this location, but I will never give my hard earned money to this locations owner again. These subs are a treat for us in these trying times and to receive these the way we did was literally making a terrible day at work just that much worse when I can’t get home to an acceptable dinner that I paid for :/… I am not happy with these sandwiches, especially for the rediculous price I paid for each. Usually the price is worth it, but not when they are as messed up as they were for us.

I have never had anything less than great at any Firehouse I’ve ever been to over the years and this location is no exception. I got my order to go and even though there were at least 5 people in front of me I only waited 5-8 minutes. The Hero is always my go-to sub and it certainly didn’t disappoint this time. The staff were also very friendly as well as fast. I will be back to this location time and time again.

We came in after church for lunch. We ordered the Hook & Ladder, Italian, both fully involved, and turkey sub for our son. Everything was prepared as ordered. Very delicious! We like the Firehouse hot sauce. You have to ask for it behind the counter.

I was waiting for 10 mins to order. Neither girls asked to take my order. The two girls was leaning, playing with their braids. On their phone and laughing over the food. The place was dirty. I would not recommend getting food from there. Poor management.
