The carnitas plate was so good! I’ll try the spicy birria noodles next time! Got to meet and talk to Erica, the owner (along with her husband, Rico, who cooks the meals)! She was very friendly and showed me around their outdoor space. Highly recommend trying them out if you’re in the area!!

This truck, man let me tell you, this truck, run by this couple, after killing it. The carnitas was outstanding, the fish taco was a treat, I didn’t expect the presentation, and it really popped. I’m going to come here any time I’m looking for lunch in Phoenix and Talent.

Gorditas!!! Carnitas gorditas are absolutely delicious! This is my new favorite lunch spot and highly recommend this truck. The people that run it are super nice and prices are very reasonable.
