First time tried prioshky, and for me it tastes kind familiar for me. It is really like Chinese style sweet bread with filling. Tastes good but not wow good. Pastries here are interesting, it looks like the pastry chef here tried his best to make French pastry and have some innovative idea on flavors. However, the chef is still a novice and missed many details during the making process. So, it’s good to try the pastries here because they are not pricey and have some out of box flavors. On the other hand, if you have had a lot of French pastries made by a pro, it’s fun to see the difference between a pro and an amateur.

The bread here is just soooo good and hand made in house. It reminded me of bread you get in Europe as far as texture and flavor. Light, flaky, buttery and delicious. You get to pick your filling and they also have soups and lunch specials as well as a rewards program for frequent customers. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They also serve desserts, coffee and breakfast items. Great for sit down or take out with quick service. I tried the smoked salmon and cream cheese prioshki and it was delicious. I noticed they also have vegetarian options too!

Out of all the times I’ve eaten here, they just never stop impressing me. They’re giving a 10% to anyone dressed for PAX West. And they have themed disserts for PAX weekend only. The food is classic, never has too many ingredients, it’s always tasty and filling. For our after breakfast treat we got the pink menace.

I love every one of the piroshkis that I have tried here. The staff is also really really nice. One time I left my suitcase there by accident and they held on to it until I came back.

Discovering this place made me so happy, the food was absolutely delicious, and it was the first time I ate something like that. The pale was beautiful and clean. Loved the experience.

We are in from out of town and like to stop at unique places we can’t find at home. This place definitely fits the bill. And boy was it more than we expected! The food is amazing, the service was great, and quick! When I ordered something that was typically for lunch and they did not have ready yet, they offered me something that was also typically not for breakfast but they had ready already. If we didn’t try to hit as many local places as we can on each trip, I would come back daily, if not for every meal.
