Back in June, I originally thought that this place would be up and running well by 7/10/23. See below. As of 8/15/23, this place is horribly mismanaged, untrained, and incompetence abounds. Perhaps corporate will step in and care soon. Hoping now by end of year. Very disappointed

I had requested 2 bowls 1 bowl was chow mein and mushroom chicken and the second bowl was half chow mein half fried rice with honey sesame chicken. I wanted to fix the first bowl to do half and half for the sides and the lady refused to make those corrections because the “bowl was already made” which didn’t make any sense as we had just finished that one order and then quickly changed it. She did not want to help fix it at all the employees name was Allison T.

Paid $13 for the food and it didn’t taste good, dried out, I picked beef broccoli, and steak, you can see in the pic what I got mostly…veggies and veggies with some dried chow mein. When I asked for some extra beef, the server looked at me really mean. Wish I could get her name. Grand opening but already disappointed.

I’ve been here several times since they opened this location and have not had a problem yet. Early on, a bit slow but I’ve encountered that at other Pandas, depending on what I order. Food was good and no mistakes.

Bad service. Didn’t get 2 orders of spring rolls when that’s what I ordered, no teriyaki sauce on my teriyaki chicken or rice when I asked. I asked for my orange chicken on the dice and they put it in the box on top of the other food. Barley gave me any chicken at all. First and last time spending my money here.

I ordered dinner for my son and I tonight. The Uber driver didn’t bring the food and checked it as delivered anyway ,but that’s not why I’m writing this review. I’m writing this to give praise where praise is do. Ollie took my call and did everything he could to facilitate correcting our order. Too often nowadays when people mess up your order or Services provided they just expect you to take a sorry if that and move on without doing anything to make it better. Ollie did the right thing not only did he get our order to us but he made up for the drivers mistake, our wasted time , and he did it politely and professionally. Thank you sir.

The only nice thing I have to say about this place is how clean it is. The staff were not welcoming when walking in the door or when approaching the counter to order. The manager was using their phone periodically while they were cooking. It took 10 minutes to even place my order and another 15 minutes to wait on the food since the hot pans barely had any food in them.
