Grabbed a slice and split a cheesesteak sub and fries. I was happy with the pizza and fries but the cheese steak was terrible! Wasn’t asked if he wanted sauce the meat seemed over cooked and I don’t recall onions cooked or otherwise! Disappointed! Staff was awesome… didn’t have time to ask for a better sandwich

I work at Plato’s closet and i love eating lunch here bc it’s close and i love the food (especially the Buffalo chicken cheesesteaks Stromboli with ranch instead of marinara lol) but the lady that answered the phone was so …. Cold. Her customer service is off putting and not very welcoming. The other guys there, they’re great. Sometimes they can be short, but overall good guys. But her on the other hand?….. she needs to take a class on customer service and how to sound like a decent human being.

I ordered here with Uber eats, a pizza, pie and cheese fries. The only thing that came in the delivery was a pizza. The Uber driver said he asked him if there was more because he saw the order and the restaurant said “no”. So I called the restaurant and they told me that the order didn’t print right so they didn’t see that and then told me just to call Uber and ask for a refund. Customer service definitely not their strength. Pizza was pretty good though, except that the olives that they put on top, some of them had pits.. I almost broke my teeth!

I’ve visited this pizza shoppe many times throughout the years, and have always had great food and great service. Today, I placed an order for delivery and did not receive anything close to what I ordered( a turkey and cheese sub with specifications came as a sub roll with a piece of cheese, lettuce, and sweet peppers), I called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone was rude off bat. Claimed I ordered a grilled veggie sub ( which I did not; not to add none of it was grilled- just a raw, soggy roll with cheese lettuce and sweet peppers) and proceeded to have a snide sidebar with another employee. He did have his delivery driver bring my money back, but the rude and dismissive attitude of that employee was very uncalled for.
