I don’t normally write bad reviews. I like praising people for what they do right. Here’s what was good: our waitress was very nice. She was accommodating and made sure we got the coupon price. That’s about the end of the good. The bad: Our seats had had duct tape all over them to hold them together from tears. The salad bar doesn’t have much anymore (not the fault of THIS location, that’s all Ruby Tuesdays). I ordered water and went out to get my own bottle because the mug my water came in was brown. My husband’s mug had mold in it (either that or leftover coke, but either way unacceptable for a glass of water). The steak was very flavorless. I think this is the first time my dad didn’t take leftovers home. There weren’t enough labels on the salad bar so I had no idea what was in each container, including several of the dressings.

I have always love the environment at this particular Ruby Tuesday location. They make you feel very welcome. The service is always good and so is the food. You always want to come back because everyone is so welcoming. Steve at the bar is always great to chat with and provides exemplary service. Tara is a wonderful manager which is why the rest of the staff is quality as well.

Stopped in for a meal with my family while visiting the area for a golf tournament. Quickly greeted and seated. Excellent waiter from start to finish. Food was absolutely as described and delicious. Great experience overall. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Visited on Tuesday 09/21/2021 for lunch . Ruby Tuesday has a special on Tuesday’s usually a sandwich and fries for 5 dollars. Was greeted by the host and seated. Than greeted by my server Beca almost immediately. I ordered a water with lemon, a Turkey Burger with fries. and a Grilled Fish Sandwich with fries.. The restaurant was not busy maybe 3 other tables..

11/15/19: had a great turkey burger and salad bar. Turkey was cooked well, hard to not overcook. Gluten free bun was quite good. Olivia took care of us again, always friendly. And she made us 3 good margaritas, yum! 8/16/19: We got salad bar and drinks, which were made great by Olivia our server. She is always friendly and does a good job. Salad bar was good and so were drinks. 6/19: Good service, nice atmosphere. Very good salad bar. Happy hour house margarita s are quite good. Liz, our waitress, makes a mean one. She has a great personality and smile! The food quality seems to fluctuate. Order the salmon rare or its gonna be over done. (It was today, and the last two times also.) They have changed the pork chops too. Wifes was burnt the first time. Second time it tasted like gross bologna. Cheating out on product doesn’t save money, it gets sent back and not pays for. The manager tried to be helpful, but she doesnt buy the meat. They could really use some GF options. Salad bar seems improved. This is our go-to place before movies, but not impressed this time. Will hesitate next time now.

Ruby Tuesdays used to have the best salad bar. Not sure if it’s just this location, but the establishment seems to have gone downhill. This particular visit, but things didn’t seem as fresh. Ordered from the kitchen, and everything was a little under cooked.
