I live in South Carolina and had no idea you were located just 5 minute from my aunt’s place. Anyway I ordered online and the process went amazingly smooth. Pizza was ready on time and it was great. We have a Hungry Howie’s about 25 minutes from where I live so it’s too far to drive. I moved to South Carolina from Michigan over 13 years ago so this was my first time enjoying your pizza for the first time since I left Michigan in 2009. Thanks for keeping up the high quality of pizza after all these years and you can definitely count on me coming back on my next visit to Tuscaloosa. Thanks again.

Great spot for a pizza. This is our “go to” place for a quick pizza when we don’t feel like cooking. And it’s good quality as well. Our standard is pepperoni and double cheese and they never disappoint. Definitely recommend if your in the northern Tuscaloosa area. The best thing is the price. It’s on par with Little Cesars pricing. This won’t break your bank.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a order of the cheesy bread to be delivered. Once my food was delivered we opened up the cheesy bread 3 pieces were missing and one was bitten into and the sauce was open. We called the store they were very rude and said it would be 10-15 minutes to get new we went to the store 10 minutes later and they didn’t start cooking the cheesy bread until I walked in the door. It took 10 minutes. We were very unhappy and Un pleased with the way the workers were. No apology was given they were very rude I think his name was Cody and girl was working. I will go to Pizza Hut or papa johns from now on.

We had to go gluten free on our food and was happy to discover the local pizza places actually offered a gluten free option. Between Hungry Howie’s or Domino’s, Hungry Howie’s is cooked better and significantly cheaper. Definitely recommend it.

They don’t deliver across the bridge (between Rice Mind and Jack Warner near North River) after 8 p.m., but that isn’t advertised anywhere on the site. I placed my order for delivery then they called and said they wouldn’t be able to do it because they don’t deliver across the bridge after 8 p.m. I told them to just cancel my order, because if I were interested in doing a pick up then that’s the kind of order I would have placed in the first place. I live less than 15 minutes from this place and they could have easily delivered to me. I don’t see any justification for not delivering across the bridge. That seems arbitrary to me. Incredibly disappointed and will be sticking to my regular Dominos from now on. I’ll be watching my statement to make sure this Hungry Howies actually refunds my money, as they said they would.

I wish I could rate this location as a zero. They took my online order and estimated 40 minutes total time. After an hour and a half, I called and was lied to, that the driver was on the way. Called again and was told that the order had been voided well wefore the first phone call. This is not the first time this has happened.
