Our first experience here was Nov 2022 and thanks to hurricane conditions we ate here all 4 nights we stayed. (We were pleasantly surprised and were happy to get to eat here every night/morning) We came back for a quick stay yesterday and again, it didn’t disappoint. I remembered the chicken Alfredo we had and it was amazing as it was before. Our waitress Jelitza was outstanding!! She was so sweet, personable, and accommodating. She knows customer service 100%. Enjoyed every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back.

The jumbo butterfly shrimp was amazing. Most of my food didn’t make it to my camera but it was very enjoyable. My kids enjoyed the kids menu too. The burger was incredibly tasty, ate my kids left over and was really surprised of a kids burger being so good lol Oh and the dessert was incredible. Paella was a bit on the salty side.

We had a really good experience with the food and service. Our dining experience was less formal (by choice/necessity) – we sat outside with the kids, which was great. The inside of the restaurant looked very nice and was probably well suited for a more formal dining experience if that is what you are after.

Hostess(Marian) and the waiting process was horrible. The hostess advised we would be next. We watched several other tables seated. Not sure if they had reservations but if so, that needed to be communicated. Our name was at the top of the list and they seated a family that was In second below our name. It wasn’t until I complained that the hostess then seated us right away. Hostess are awful. Waitress was good. Tea was not ready and had to be made. Chicken Alfredo was not worth the price of the meal. Alfredo had to be from a can or bottle. My son had fries and chicken strips with very little ketchup. We had to wait for more ketchup. No crayons for kids menus until we asked and they gave us colored pencils. To end this experience right, we were given a ticket with no pen. We filled it out with one of the colored pencils. 6/24/23 at approximately 7pm. Good luck patrons.

We stayed at this resort for five days and tried this restaurant. It took one hour to get our food. On top of that the food was not good. I ordered salmon,buffalo wings. They were both not good. Wings were not fresh. Salmon was the worst salmon I ever had. I think it was because of the oil they use. It was really old oil and tested like gas. Yes Valencia, you can do better.

December 2020: Had an excellent experience here. Our server was very nice and did a good job. The food was fantastic. I got the Mahi Mahi sandwich and it was just yum. I would recommend getting their wings as a side also. 5 stars.

One star is too much for this place. Do yourselves a favor and door dash food to your room. Or get yourself an Uber and goto a restaurant in the area. It will still be cheaper than eating at Valencia. Jan the waitress is the most miserable woman on this planet. We asked her for crayons for the kids menu THEY handed us so my daughter can color, and she rudely looked at my mother and told her “we don’t have crayons” and walked away. But in reality they do, my mom had to just goto the hostess stand for them.
