The restaurant was extremely dirty. The service was absolutely horrible. I asked a question and all I did was get an attitude. The food was cold. And I asked specifically to have my order bag separately from the second order that I put in. And they put everything all together. I asked them to separate my orders for a second time while I was sitting in drive-thru. And he handed me in a bag handed my order back out the window and said here you can do it yourself. Absolutely will never come back to this location again.

Everything was okay as usual. Employees are very kind and hardworking don’t get me wrong. But today while eating, we found a baby ant in our food! It was very gross to the point where we couldn’t finish our meals. Someone PLEASE start inspecting restaurants more often!

Ordered through Uber Eats. No butter with my biscuits, no pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich (literally one of the main ingredients, not an add on), no sauce with our chicken nuggets, our Famous Bowl and large mac & cheese were both only half full, kept our driver waiting for over 30 minutes for an order with 6 items. This store has never been super reliable, but it’s become straight garbage. Next time I’ll drive to Brewer instead.

Horrible experience, let’s start with the drive thru. I waited over an hour for 10 cars in front of me. It was only 9:45pm.. Next was the person in front of me who was throwing all of their car trash out his window. When I got to the window, there is a minimum of 5 staff working, but not one adult in there. They’re all teenagers with no guidance. The food I ordered was already cold when I received it.. Im extremely confused on why the food was cold when I waited over an hour in a 200 foot drive thru. Not only was the time horrible and the food was cold, the chicken sandwiches are awful! The chicken sandwiches as you can see in the photos are made wrong. A spicy chicken sandwich with no modifications were made to the sandwich. No pickles on either, one chicken sandwich was refrigerator cold with 2 chicken nuggets and so much sauce! The chicken sandwich that is mostly right has almost no sauce. I ordered 3 additional chicken breasts and each one is not only over cooked and dry, but they were cold too. For over an hour of waiting, I EXPECT it to be cooked to order. Ridiculous theft of $40.

I was there Thursday night at 5.00 pm you really need to talk to ur workers the guy who waited on me had long black hair the 3rd. I want the comb nuggets fries drink biscuit I told the guy 4 times an he kept telling me that’s not a kids meal I told him I don’t want a kids meal show him what I wanted well he didn’t listen, all the worker was uoung knocking there hats off all by the food no hair nets I paid 40.00 for our meals .you couldn’t hear nothing the radio was loud an them acting like 2 year olds.i will never go back again.the guy who waited on me had long hair. Not right to argue with the customer..P.S the kids meals he gave me had the 5 piece nugget an applesauce in it for 11.00 should of had fries an drink seem so just so mad about the service there..thank you.

Ordered a famous bowl. *mash, corn, pop corn chicken, gravy and cheese* the bowl only had mash, corn and gravy. We also ordered regular soft tacos, which are supposed to have no tomato, both came absolutely loaded with tomatoes. Pretty disappointed.

i’m very patient with service workers, but i have consistently gotten horrible service here for the past 2 years i’ve been going. just disrespectful and rude. food is never right. went thru drive thru and they forgot our fries so went inside and waited another 15 until we went up to the desk and they forgot the whole time. i wish i could give 0 stars

So it started the moment I walked in, either the person at the counter just woke or toked up, she took my order I paid and she left the area, another person looked like management with the fancy fast food sweaters alot of places use similar, so he proceeds to make my order kind of tossing the food nonchalantly into the box, so this person had had his back to me the entire time, mind you I am the only person in the restaurant and I am standing at the till about 5-6 feet away, I attempted to speak to the individual a couple times while he was preparing my food no response. He finished my food pivoted left walks to the to-go pick area calls out my number drops the bag and leaves, it was as if I was an inconvenience to their job. Well I for one will not cause them any further inconvenience. I will never eat there again. Oh and the worst driest chicken ever. If I could give it – I would. I hope this helps someone.

Can not tell you the amount of times they have just not given us what we have ordered or missed things in our order when its like 3 things. I give it the benefit of a doubt each time and the different employees working still mess it up. It is just annoying driving home and seeing you paid for things you never got. Also had a weird encounter with one of the employees, that I havent seen since that day, started talking through the window about how he had multiple personality disorder and that he wasnt “aggressive “ at the time but showed me his “broken” knuckle from when he punched something. Super strange, staff that clearly doesnt wanna be there which I get but cmon give me what I paid for at least.
