Snickety Snuck
I used to order online for pick up all the time at this location. I’m considering finding a new location or sandwich place to order from because consistently my order is made incorrectly at this location. When I pick up my bag with my name on it and a receipt that clearly says “no lettuce” or “no tomatoes” for example, I will then find the sandwich has been made WITH the ingredients I asked to have removed and instead ingredients I wanted were removed. This happens about 75% of the time I order from this location. More recently, I ordered the roasted turkey avocado with everything but lettuce and tomato and received a sandwich with only the turkey and mayo. Today I ordered without lettuce and got a sandwich with lettuce and no onions, even though I had asked for the onions. Just really disappointing that somehow following instructions eludes this location.

This place is always delicious. They were understaffed, but the staff who was there was doing an absolutely great job keeping the place going. Took no more than 10 mins past my pick-up time but that didn’t matter because they were kind and kept me up to speed on the progress of my order. Love this place.

The food was good but they the bill was 38.00 and they took out $46.00 on my card and when I went back to ask about it they said they couldn’t do anything. I would have to get in touch with my bank. Such a farce Scholtzksy’s is now on my never again list, there are many more places that is more credible.
