We love Mandy’s. It’s a hidden gem here in Hawthorne. We’ve lived around the corner for the past 4 years and finally stopped by some months ago. The service is perfect and the food is divine. Joe is so super helpful and friendly. The corned beef has is delicious, my husband gets it every time. I always get different things cause I just want to try everything. Definitely worth a visit.

Good food with affordable prices. Mandy’s is what you would expect from a classic diner. Seated immediately and served with great hospitality. Way better than the corporate diner options near by. Best biscuits & Gravy, I’ve had in a while. The biscuits are soft and that is extremely rare. I search and finally found them at Mandy’s. I will definitely be back and recommend to family & friends. FYI I used my debit card. Seen someone say “cash only” in the reviews. That’s is false. Enjoy!

It’s a breakfast and lunch go-to for my family, so we go every time I’m in town from tx. Old-fashioned coffee shop that serves staples like pancakes, omelets, burgers, sandwiches, and even house made soups. I love the Reuben, which is an uncommon find in today’s restaurants. My dad loves their breakfast plates, my mom loves their soups and sandwiches.

I came here fooled by the high rating. The staff were very friendly and the food was seasoned well, thats were the positive ends. My food was undercooked, the food came with hair in it, they said they would recook the meal but returned the same exact plate in under 2 minutes, they didnt have some of the menu items, half of my bisquit was fluffy and the other half was too hard to cut, by the time the last person recieved their meal at our table of 4, the first person already finished, we didnt get our drinks until we were almost done, the restaurant smelled like urine from a homeless person- the bathroom smelled better, and at the end they overcharged us by adding food that we never ordered which took talking to 3 different people until they realized the error. This was the worst experience I have ever had in hundreds of restaurants around the country.
