If I could give zero stars I would. Went through drive through. Ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings. When I got the food it was chicken sandwich and fries and they were both COLD. Went back through and all they did was put my sandwich in the microwave. I could tell. 3 teenagers working and didn’t care. They shove my microwaved sandwich out the window amd quickly closed it and walked away so I couldn’t tell them I KNEW that’s what they did. I’m disgusted with the service and food I paid good money for.

Sometimes I just need a somewhat quick meal because I’m in a hurry. But every time I pick this DQ, my stomach regrets it only a few mins after eating the burger. Maybe the cheap hot sauce on the flamethrower, idk. People are nice, and get the job done. Place looks clean. The fries were great. As always. I wish I could do a 3.5 star. It’s that gut feeling I get after eating their burgers that ruin it for me. Not as bad as Sonic. That’s a plus.

I was looking to just grab a quick bite to eat, when i received not only the worst service but also the rudest person. I’m not one to leave a review but I am still in such shock. The girl working the cash register was looking me up and down and saying rude comments under her breath about me and everyone in the place. I said “excuse me?” and she just squinted her eyes at me. I asked for the manager and she said kelsey i asked to speak to her and she replied you are. i could tell she was not only rude to the customers but all of the workers as well. clearly karma needs to come around.

Seems like the place is improving been going lately and it actually feels like I’m at an everyday fast food restaurant now. Quick responsive service fries are pretty fresh looks clean and is getting construction.
