Rolled into Liberal, KS on our way up from El Paso. Most placesin town were closed by 9pm, but we were happy to find this gem of a food truck. Located in the Ashley parking lot, they come to your car to take your order. Tortas, flautas, and frijoles charros were excellent!!! Plenty of other Mexican food options as well. Perfect nourishment after a day on the road.

Nice food truck, small wait but there were about 10 cars waiting. They came out to the car for orders. Burrito was great with added salsa for spice.

Rice was from the bottom of the pan “burnt” spent $62.00 on bland food service was good but the food lacked flavor. The frijoles charros tasted more like cowboy ham and beans . The meat was burnt over cooked and we found paper in the food.

Come here if you want to wait 30 minutes to get your order taken and another 30 to get the food to you. Not only that but they will get your order wrong and they will also tip themselves if you use your card.
