This isnt my first time ordering 2 for 24 deal. I was hesitant to order delivery from this parks mall location. My food came cold. Sausage old. Turkey dry. Portion small. I didn’t ask for chop brisket and got chop brisket. Very dissatisfied with the quality of food from this location.

The person that helped me today was extremely rude and seemed frustrated tending to me. I purchased the 2 meat combo and received mostly fat in my meats. The place was also unkept, there was trash all over the counter. And I was the only customer there so 1. The place should have looked better. 2. Me being the only customer, should have been my first clue to eat elsewhere.

Let me start by saying this location is absolutely perfect ! Today was my first time trying Dickeys Barbecue Pit and oh my God not only is food absolutely amazing ! The customer service was super awesome ! They say Chick-Fil-a has the best customer service but not even Chick-Fil-a could beat this location the 2 ladies and the gentleman that were working at 6pm are absolutely amazing ! They definitely deserve to be recognized wonderful people ! And I’m guessing they knew it was my first time cause they walked me through the whole thing ! I loved it ! Will definitely be coming back and I will spread the word on this awesome location !

So I came to this place for lunch thinking I was going to have a great meal but instead something terrible happened. I ordered the 1 meat plate and I asked for turkey, mind you I was starving and was ready to eat!! For my side I asked for mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese and they were both delicious! So I finish my meal and on my way back to work I realize it!! THEY DIDNT GIVE ME TURKEY! They gave me HAM! I was in such a shock I couldn’t believe I had eaten ham and thought it was turkey. Learn from my mistake and make sure you get the correct protein. Other than that the both the cashier and the cook offered great customer service.

Good food and great customer service. I tried pulled pork sandwich and topped with their bbq sauce it was really good! Prices are good knowing it’s a location in the mall. Definetely better than rest of the food court stuff. Will definitely come back! Place is really great so not sure why people complain.

I went to use a coupon and they would not take it .. they said they haven’t given out coupons in 5 months so there was no way I could of gotten that coupon in the mall. Why does it matter where I got it from …4 of my employees have used them with no problem and we also buy sides and drink with it..
