First time at this location and definitely will come back here. I was greeted when I walked in, all the staff were wearing masks, the restaurant was spotless, I got my burrito fast and hot. And the price is just right. Thanks so much for the great lunch and pleasant visit. Keep up the good work!

They are very stingy with chicken. I ordered a double chicken bowl, and it only had few scraps of shredded chicken. I tried to advise of few chicken in the bowl, and I was gonna get charged $4 for a bowl of chopped chicken. Never coming back and I advise to stay away if you like at least decent service!

Had ordered like $30 of food through DoorDash, only to discover they had left out the dressing for my girlfriend’s salad. Pretty unhappy, I drove to the restaurant. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Kayla, who was working the register. After I explained the situation, Kayla did not hesitate to make it right – she quickly had the kitchen make a fresh salad & included extra dressing (all at no charge). She single-handedly turned a what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Restaurants (and businesses in general) could use more employees like her – especially in these post Pandemic times where good customer service is increasingly hard to find

This was my first time eating here. The young lady that helped us was very kind . She gave us everything we asked for and explained where everything was placed inside the bag. The food was hot. The chicken was a little overcooked so it was dry and burnt in places. The corn, rice, and churros were delicious. I will definitely be dining here again.

2nd time I’ve eaten here and both times was disgusting smh. I LOVE el Pollo loco it is my go to fast food restaurant however this one in particular has failed me many times. This time I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado burrito and everything way wrong with it. 1. I felt like I ordered an avocado, beans l, and rice burrito due to it being barely any chicken in the burrito . 2. I found a hard piece of burnt something in my shell which made me throw the whole burrito away smh.(pictures attached)3. My burritos was cold. 4. Their pico de gallo was not made right ♀️ big chunks of tomato with no onions and no cilantro. 5 just disgusting.
