After a long day from work, I didn’t want to cook, so I drove De Zavala to see what we could get close by….so I thought about this place, Charley’s Cheesesteak. OMG! They nailed it! Food was great and Dominick and the rest of the crew were so nice and courteous, asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed our meal so much ♥️

Quinn took my order, her customer service was great plus very friendly. Unfortunately food came with a surprise, not a good one to be clear. After taking my 3rd bite of my sub I immediately spit it out. I was chewing on what it looked like a piece of box/carton material. I was already at work so I had to leave work to return and to show the manage. The person in charge ( no name tag) showed concerned and was very polite and apologetic. I did get my money back but only what I paid for the food not the tip. I have already left feed back on the website from a previous incident and didn’t get a response reason why sharing here.

My 1st time eating here and last. My sub was a kids size sample for a grown person price. Just horrible!! I waited for ever just to get a small portion of meat on a large bun that was grilled on one side only. How half the bun toasted and the other is cold, smdh. Wed,feb 9 we’re here right now and we got our food and our wings didn’t have any flavor it was very fading and the ranch didn’t like ranch the fries weren’t too good either the mango habanero was very sweet and the sweet teriyaki wasn’t any flavorful barley tasted like teriyaki…all tho the staff was very friendly I appreciate that. Also the sweet tea was good. Also I noticed the the inside of the boneless wing doesn’t look like real chicken it looks like bread when you bite into it

Oh My God I’ve been looking for Charley’s forever I think they’re the best Philly cheese steaks. And they always taste great. The ultimate fries are great if you get to eat them right away. And still decent when cold. It’s been like 4 times in the past month and they’ve been GREAT everytime.
