The food here is good. It is hot and taste fresh. The issue I have is that they will not allow anyone to use the restroom. They have both restrooms locked with a sign that says employees only. I have seen them turn away a mom and her kid who asked to use the restroom.

I used to love KFC but this location has got my order wrong the past 4 times. This time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and lady even asked me again to make sure I said spicy and I still didn’t get spicy. I asked for a spicy famous bowl & didn’t get a spicy famous bowl. They never ask what size they just charge me the large. And they never give the receipt just give me my card back and close the window right away. I don’t ever get a chance to ask for condiments. Also every time I ask for regular chicken they give me crispy….???? Do they not know the difference?

Ugggghhhhh keep getting something I explicitly didn’t ask for. Last week ordered green beans with my number 6 grilled got mashed potatoes which are horrible. Today just ordered number 5 with potato wedges got mashed potatoes. What is the deal with these nasty ass mashed potatoes. Smh I’m so frustrated.

Very poor service, what happen with KFC keeping up their high standards. I am Hispanic , but speak no Spanish ,. Nothing but non speaking Hispanic women working there that get orders wrong,. This has been a complaint for the past 3 years, thought I give them a try, nothing has changed. No where to complain too, KFC don’t care and manager does not care. Place needs to be cleaned, the area outside and inside is dirty, lawn , trash all over. Send General manager to observe, they write the checks from corporate.

Nothing on the menu for ala carte chicken tenders. Tried to order ala carte & was charged same price as combo, only without drink & biscuit. Asked for Sprite & he said they had it. They don’t. He said they had lemonade. Found out when I got home it was PINK Lemonade. A whole different drink!!! Wasn’t happy. First time I came here I had wonderful, exceptional service. This time, not so much. Will find another food place. KFC – you’ve lost me as a customer.
