ordered food at 2pm. got a call at 2:30 that they were “extremely busy” and ran out of bread so they were gonna give us all wheat, i said that’s fine. at 3pm the doordash app randomly said “order complete” but nothing was delivered. Never said anything about a dasher having my order at any point. tried calling the place and it said number doesn’t exist. obviously they didn’t wanna deal with all the orders and just decided to cancel the ones that had already been placed before the “big order” and deal with them later. 2 hours later the food came.

Good luck getting a meal here. I just stopped in, and they told me the wait for a sandwichwas at least an hour. We’ve ordered delivery from here and they’re always late. Strangely late.

I ordered my food at 6 o’clock, i called at 7:15 and got a snotty girl who was less than sympathetic to the fact that I had been waiting for over an hour and said that they are short staffed and it’s going to be 30 more minutes, at that point I was pissed. She then told me well I could give you a refund, cancel your delivery very snarky, so I asked to speak to a manager because I didn’t think she was competent enough to handle a hangry customer, she then starts laughing, the manager gets on the phone and sounds just as young and snarky.I tell her that I did not appreciate the other girl laughing about this when I’m clearly upset, She then says that I’m yelling hard at an “18 year old who was laughing probably as coping mechanism but I don’t know” okay Mrs psychiatrist! I was not yelling, I was being assertive by the way, so that just escalated my entire demeanor honestly. I asked her to get back to the problem, she finally explained that she didn’t have to cancel the order that she could give me a refund and still deliver the food. I agreed to that. It’s now 30 minutes before I close down at my work and I still haven’t ate dinner. They aren’t capeable or proper communication with customers, it did not feel that I was being heard and understood, in fact I was laughed at and told that I was yelling when i was not. Do better wilsonville Jimmy John’s, and Brin the manager.

Great service. The staff was welcoming and very upbeat. The staff is very important when it is a sandwich shop. They are a dime a dozen, but a great staff makes everything better. The food was on par for a sandwich chain. Nothing special but not bad.

Freaky fast, as always! Friendly staff added items as we ordered. Sandwiches tasted good. Their EFT machine up front wasn’t working so they took our credit card toward their computers on the back wall to run our card.
