My Quesadilla was in the shape of a ball. When I went to open it, my kids said, “What is that. I also ordered a burrito & they put very little rice & beans more meat than anything wont complain about that and very little cheese they used their hands and not a scooper like other locations. A large amount of sour cream. I will not come back to this location for a long time.

Very pleased with the way they prepared my food. Friendly employees welcomed me as I walked in. Hot Heads is one of my favorite places to eat, and they have a lot of variety on their menu. From tacos and quesadillas, they even have margaritas.

I have ordered from this place with DoorDash and Uber eats 7 times now and get missing items skimpy portions and just straight up someone else’s burrito . I have been hoping a burrito Saint capable of doing their job correctly would make one order correctly and that is apparently impossible. How hard is it to put 7 items in a burrito? Who rolls an edible burrito into a spherical softball? Have these workers ever eaten at this restaurant before? How do you forget beans? How do you not put any sauce at all? Would not recommend this location.

Walked in at 8:35 and the sign said they close at 10pm. Staff were extremely rude and told us they were closed and refused to serve us. If you want false advertising then go here as they will lie to your face and say they are closed when in fact they are not. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO.

I used to love coming here, but now I have decided to stop going entirely after my last experience. First, I am the only person in line with 4 employees working and I have to wait 5 minutes for service because the employees where to busy complaining about management. Next I ordered off the menu, and the employee didn’t even know what goes on a steak power bowl. Then I had to try three different beverages before I found one that wasn’t just carbonated water. I honestly used to advocate hot heads over chipotle, but as I’ve seen this location get worse and worse it’s become clear to me that I would rather wait an hour for chipotle than deal with the poor service and quality of hot heads

Great location and great service most of the time. I went to pick up my online order and they were going to let me walk out without my burritos for saying a longer version of my name, then telling me I didn’t know how to pronounce my own name. Super weird but it’s the best hot head in Dayton, no doubt.

Got nothing but attitude from the lady making my food she has to be asked multiple times to put ingredients on my food and still missed a few complaining the whole way through to her coworker about being there, next time don’t show up to work after smoking crack.

The food is usually Hit or Miss sometimes it’s over portion sometimes it’s under portion but the main issue is that every time I order on doordash or my significant other orders on doordash we get the brownie with it and every time the brownie is not there if we’ve ordered eight times we got it once such a Shame

Food usually good. Portion sizes vary according to who is serving. They do have alcoholic beverages and beer pitchers. Also they have outside dining tables, kinda nice when u don’t want to listen to the rather loud music they pipe inside. Lots of choices and some interesting toppings. I really enjoy cilantro, pineapple and lime juice on my bowl! They do have a Sunday special to buy 2 for 15 bucks. Nice to combine that with a pitcher of beer.
