Just attempted to go thru the drive thru the lady who was taking orders was extremely rude. Refused to give us enough time to pick what we wanted. At the very least she needs to be retrained and taught how customer service truly is. Never be rude to the customers as your customers are what keeps the doors opened. Truly disappointed.

I would like to eat without getting harassed by the employees. While i was ordering, i asked if the fries were fresh as they looked old and stale. The cashier responded by yelling at me “we not gone do that” she kept arguing with me about the food saying i offended her about the fries. The whole time i was eating she was yelling at other customers and employees. I don’t know how this Bojangles is still in business. Never coming back

If I could give them a big fat 0 stars I would. The lady at the drive through was extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife asked a question about one of the menu items and the lady snapped at her and proceeded to rush us into figuring out what we wanted “go on with your order d****” we promptly said we would NOT be ordering and she said “Good whatever” WILL NEVER BE BACK. And will be letting others know not to waste their time nor money here.
