hot n ready menu says stuffed crust pepperoni would be available between 4 and 8pm. “we don’t do that” “your menu says you do” “yeah well…we just do pepperoni” then he messed up my order of a classic pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, and crazy bread…all off of the hot n ready menu…seriously? took 22 minutes to get my “hot n ready” order.

Ordered online, only to arrive and STILL wait 20 minutes for a classic pepperoni and classic cheese because they don’t keep a readily available stock of their “Hot and Ready” selections. They offered no apologies instead walked away from the counter and went to the back to rest their chin on a box of pizzas ready to be put in the warmer. Would NOT recommend wasting time, money or frustration here.

The worst customer service possible i just waited at the front counter for 15 minutes as many crew members walked by with out any acknowledgment for my presence or the presence of the 5 other customers behind me waiting for service . When they finally decided i was staring to much they told me they are not accepting walk-ins and can only make an online order. I have been in the customer service industy a long time and the fact that this is acceptable is crazy. You’re located 2 minutes driving from my home and this show of service does no not warrant my business with this location any longer

It is a short 100 feet from the road. They are pretty fast typically which is good as they only have a couple of chairs avaIlable to wait in. I usually get the deep dish pizza. It comes with peperoni and cheese and lots of cheese which makes it so good. They are quite thick so you get a lot of dough if you like that. It’s all for under 10 dollars so it is a good deal.

First and last time I ever go to this location. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.. then a male employee walked up to the register while wiping his runny nose with his hand as he proceeded to take my order. After I paid, he immediately started making my pizza.. dude didn’t even wash his hands. I felt incredibly disgusted and asked for my money back.

Theres always a bunch of people waiting on pizza. Its the reason i stopped going. The pizza taste better from the 90s. I miss the old company. They were bomb. The wait wasnt long and the staff never forgot or mixed up pizza. Giving a person a cheese pizza instead of a peperoni is messed up.
