As we were seated a server was taking an order at the table next to us. In the middle of taking their order he yelled at somebody and just walked away from the table without excusing himself. The patrons we’re visibly taken aback by his very unprofessional manners. After taking their order he came over to us and said he would be right back. 10 minutes later he returned to take our drink order. We waited about 5 mins for him to check if they had Cazadores Tequila, he couldn’t get the name right, and just told us the tequilas that they did have. We settled with Patron. He then took our appetizer and dinner order. We asked him to make sure the apps came before the meal, and not with it. About 25 mins later we were served our entrees, but had not seen our appetizers yet. The chicken sandwich we ordered was overcooked on the outside, and raw in the center. At this point we asked for the manager and let him know that we were disappointed in the service. And we no longer wanted to eat after taking a bite of the raw chicken. He removed the food from our bill, we paid and started to leave. Upon leaving we were verbally harassed by the server, who said maybe we should go to McDonalds next time. I let him know that he did a terrible job, and needed to be retrained. I took his photo and will be letting everybody know thru social media that he is a bad server with a bad attitude. Then a few of the other servers took it upon themselves to harass us and follow us around the casino, so we decided to leave. Was planning to gamble and have a good time with friends, but that was ruined by the bad employees at Prime Burgerhouse.

So sad that the new owners got rid of everything that made Prime good. Now the menu is just a plastic menu with minimal options. The build your own burger option is gone, the great variety of shakes are gone. The burgers are smaller and they can’t cook to proper temp. Now it’s just another burger place in town. Not worth the $15 for a burger anymore. The Kobe burger was maybe 4oz. , they used to be bigger and better. Employees even said the meat may not be red looking because it turns grey in the kitchen !! Um hello that means it is old. Overpriced and not worth the time to go here anymore . It was a good run Prime but your time is up .

This used to be our favorite place to dine when we visited the casino. Went today and saw that they completely changed the menu. Everything good is gone and the selection is so small compared to what it used to be. It used to be a book filled with unique options and now it’s a 1 page menu that’s nothing special. We’re done going here unless they bring the old menu back. It’s not worth it anymore. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the fries were good.

Josh, the bartender during the day, is absolutely fantastic! A group of us sat at the bar one day and were served by Josh. He is polite, engaging, and a great conversationalist! He also makes the most delicious martinis. My only complaint is we lost at the casino and the food menu is also a bit small…. but we will definitely be back to visit Josh!

Used to be the best burger place ever.My waitress said new owners came in and changed everything. The size,quality,and variety of burger options went totally downhill.It is beyond me how new owners think this is a good business decision. There used to be a wait on a Saturday night to be seated,but not anymore.Might as well just sell out to McDonalds.Not much difference anymore between Prime BurgerHouse and Micky D’s.

This place was awful. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our burgers, and the food was cold when we got it. The fries were mushy and ice cold like they had been sitting out for hours. The burger buns were stale and the burger itself was also cold. When we told the waitress everything was cold, she never once apologized or tried to make it right. The manager treated us like we were the problem. I’m sorry, but I’m not paying $16 for a cold burger. Especially after waiting a half hour for a table, and another 20 mins for the food to be served. We ended up not eating, and paid for our drinks only. Left starving and seriously disappointed.

This once great burger and shake spot has now been completely decimated by the new ownership. The new owners have removed some of the best items on the menu and made this restaurant beyond blah and boring. I will not return! Thanks for ruining this restaurant I’m sure your staff will be plenty upset when their regulars stop showing up. I rarely leave one star reviews but in this case I have been left with no choice.

This is the second time I’ve tried Kobe beef and I’m still not impressed. The flavor was average and the beef seemed kind of tough and not tender and melt-in-the-mouth texture as people have described to me. I have had way better burgers that weren’t the special kind from Japan but from Good Old USA. In fact, if you want to have the best burger in the Chicago area go to Charlie beinlich’s up by the Chicago Botanical Garden North of Chicago. That is the best burger I could suggest for what I’ve tried around the Chicago area.

THEY SOLD OUT!!!! bought out by new company completely changed menu. All of the burgers we loved are gone…. Bad move GRAND VICTORIA. Came in with a party of 8 for daughters birthday. Walked out when we seen menu had changed as well as pricing. PLEASE CHANGE NAME YOU ARE NOT THE PRIME BURGERHOUSE ANYMORE …… false advertisement
