Food was great! My table got 5 different dishes and they were all great. I had the burger and it was fantastic. Portions leave a little to be desired but none the less great food. We got there at about 7:45 and had a 30 minute wait in which they called us when our table was ready. The total for 5 adults was $120 without tip.

Very noisy, husband said I’ve made better steaks at home. Fries were good. Saw a waitress pick up a knife off the floor and give it to a customer. Wait staff all seemed a little confused with their tasks or like they all had a little bit to drink.

Came here for a Sunday dinner around 1700 and was seated at the patio seats/tables without any wait. Friendly service and attentive staff. The menu has a good variety of items, and prices are reasonable for a popular, tourist-y area in Salida. The restaurant is located on a pedestrian-only street on Salida (F Street), so you’ll have to park on another street. Plenty of seats and tables inside and outside restaurant. Overall, a nice place for a casual meal. Recommended!

Cute historic building and nice setting. I wish the service and food matched the setting. Food was subpar for high cost (shrimp bland/fishy), prime steak was a piece of meat nothing special (cooked nicely, bland), cheese tasted cheap. Took unfinished plates before we were done with meal. Wine and beer selection was great! I expected better, but they were very nice to our family with room to grow

We waited for a good bit. It took real while to get drinks. So we just went somewhere else, paid for the drinks and left an appropriate tip. I probably wouldn’t give it as high of recommendation as I was given to go there. They do not serve filet mignonette. It was a slight disappointment

We were able to get a table right away even though it was very busy on the 4th of July! I didn’t care much for the Salisbury steak. There were way too many onions and not enough steak!! And 2 other people at our table said their salmon salad didn’t have enough salmon either! The service was friendly but the price was expensive for what you got! It was quite loud.

I sat at the bar with a girlfriend. The bartender and waitress were non existent as far as we were concerned. We never got a menu until we asked for one. The food was extremely slow to come out and we had to ask for anything we might need. Absolutely horrible service! When we asked for the bill, again, abysmal care. A shame because I normally really like this place and sitting at the bar is typically a good place to be. Will not be back.

One of the best customer services I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. The food was amazing. Salmon wrap and Mediterranean pasta salad. My husband has the burger. If I could eat that much I would have had that too. The menu offered great options. It was hard to choose.

My wife and I have been here many of times, simply Amazing! It is what you would expect form a local hang-out. The waitstaff is always amazing and the food was fantastic and served fast and hot! Oh and they had Son of a Baptist on tap…
