When they told me they were winners of a citywide brisket competition in SATX I was incredibly skeptical. I have never been happier to be proven wrong. Everything, from the jalapeño poppers, to the ribeye, to the brisket and even the banana pudding were to die for. The championship mindset shines in every dish, and I was forced to come back two days in a row and bring my wife because I couldn’t stand to have her miss out on the best barbecue in town. I WILL be back again!

Great bbq truck! Brisket nachos were on point! Delicious brisket pieces, queso, pico de gallo, and jalapenos over crisp corn tortilla chips! A great complement to beers or drinks at McIntyre’s.

García BBQ is THE BEST BBQ!! The brisket is cooked to perfection everytime! The steak night is not just some small piece of meat, you actually get a big nice juicy ribeye with 2 sides! Ribs are cooked to perfection with yummy bbq sauce! Can we talk about the jalapeño poppers??! DELICIOUS!! Friendly, proud owners for good reason. Got the brisket tacos, and they were amazing. Brisket with a little pico and some sauce on the side by request. Wish I lived around here so I could be a regular to these guys. Highly recommend going out of your way to try. This is some amazing Texas barbecue with great portions for the price.
